Energy audits

An energy audit shows where your facility uses electricity and where it wastes it. You receive a report with prioritised recommendations, estimated savings, costs and payback periods.

What the work includes

  • Review of electricity bills and tariff structure
  • Site survey of major loads: motors, compressors, lighting, cooling, pumps
  • Logging of demand, power factor and consumption patterns
  • Prioritised savings measures with cost and payback estimates
  • A clear written report and presentation of findings

When to call us

  • Power bills are rising without a clear reason
  • You are planning solar and need to know your real load first
  • Your facility may be required to carry out periodic energy audits
  • You want to set energy-saving targets

Common questions

Is an energy audit required by law?

Kenya's energy management regulations require facilities above a set annual consumption to carry out energy audits by licensed auditors. We can help you check whether your facility is affected; confirm current requirements with EPRA.

How long does an audit take?

It depends on the size of the site. Data logging usually runs for at least one representative week. We give a timeline after the first site visit.

Tell us what you need to fix

Describe your site and the problem. An engineer reviews every request and replies with next steps, usually starting with a site assessment.
