Industrial automation in Kenya and across Africa

For plant managers who need fewer stoppages and a clear view of what every line is doing.

Automation turns manual, error-prone steps into controlled, repeatable processes. We design, program and commission control systems for production lines, pumping stations, packaging and process plants.

We start with how your process actually runs today, then decide what to automate, what to monitor and what to leave alone. Every system is documented so your own technicians can operate and maintain it.

What you get

  • Fewer unplanned stoppages and faster fault finding
  • Consistent product quality from repeatable control
  • Lower energy use from motors that run only as fast as needed
  • Live production and alarm data for supervisors and managers

Common questions

Which industries do you automate?

Manufacturing, agro-processing, water and pumping, and commercial facilities. See our industries pages for details.

How does an automation project start?

With a site assessment. We review your process, equipment and goals, then propose a scope, approach and quotation.

Can you work on a PLC brand we already have?

Usually, yes. We review the controller model, software version and program before quoting. Tell us the make and model when you request an assessment.

Is remote access to SCADA safe?

It can be, when it is designed properly. We separate control networks from office and internet traffic and use secure, role-based access. Remote control of equipment is only enabled when you specifically require it.

How much energy can a VFD save?

It depends on the load and how it runs today. Savings are usually largest on pumps and fans that run below full flow for long periods. We estimate savings from measured data before you decide.

Do you provide drawings with the panel?

Yes. Every panel comes with as-built drawings and a component list.

Do you calibrate instruments?

We carry out functional and calibration checks. Where certified calibration is required, we coordinate with an accredited calibration provider.

Do you integrate with ERP systems?

Our standard scope covers machines, controllers and supervisory systems. ERP integration is quoted separately after a detailed requirements review.

Tell us what you need to fix

Describe your site and the problem. An engineer reviews every request and replies with next steps, usually starting with a site assessment.
