PLC programming
A programmable logic controller (PLC) is the brain of most machines and process lines. We write new PLC programs, modify existing ones, and recover undocumented legacy systems so you are no longer dependent on one person or one supplier.
What the work includes
- Control philosophy and functional description agreed before coding
- New programs for machines, conveyors, pumps and batching systems
- Changes and fault finding on existing PLC programs
- Program backups, commented code and I/O lists handed over to you
- Simulation and site testing before handover
When to call us
- A machine stops and nobody can read or change its program
- You are adding equipment to an existing line
- Safety interlocks or sequences need to change
- You have no backup of the program running your plant
Common questions
Can you work on a PLC brand we already have?
Usually, yes. We review the controller model, software version and program before quoting. Tell us the make and model when you request an assessment.
Will we get the program after the project?
Yes. You receive the final program, a backup, the I/O list and documentation as part of handover.
Tell us what you need to fix
Describe your site and the problem. An engineer reviews every request and replies with next steps, usually starting with a site assessment.
