System integration
Many plants have machines from different suppliers that do not talk to each other. We connect controllers, drives, meters and supervisory systems so they work as one coordinated system.
What the work includes
- Survey of existing equipment, networks and protocols
- Integration design and network architecture
- Communication setup between controllers, drives and meters
- Data collection for production and energy reporting
- Testing, documentation and training
When to call us
- Machines from different suppliers need to work in sequence
- Data is trapped in individual machines
- You want one view of production and energy use
- A line expansion must connect to existing controls
Common questions
Do you integrate with ERP systems?
Our standard scope covers machines, controllers and supervisory systems. ERP integration is quoted separately after a detailed requirements review.
Can integration be done without stopping production?
Much of the preparation can. We plan cut-over work for agreed shutdown windows.
Tell us what you need to fix
Describe your site and the problem. An engineer reviews every request and replies with next steps, usually starting with a site assessment.
