Energy optimisation and energy audits in Kenya and across Africa
For finance and operations managers who want lower power bills backed by real measurements.
Electricity is one of the largest controllable costs for most factories and commercial buildings. Energy optimisation starts by measuring where the power goes, then fixing the biggest losses first.
We combine audits, metering and practical upgrades, and we report savings against a measured baseline so you can see what each change delivered.
What you get
- A clear picture of where your electricity is used
- A prioritised list of savings with costs and payback estimates
- Lower demand and power factor charges on your bill
- Ongoing monitoring to keep savings from slipping

Energy audits
An energy audit shows where your facility uses electricity and where it wastes it.

Once the losses are known, we carry out the upgrades: efficient lighting and controls, motor and drive upgrades, compressed air repairs and better control of cooling and pumping..

Common questions
Where should we start if we only have a small budget?
Start with your bills and a walk-through survey. Power factor correction and simple control changes often pay back quickly.
Is an energy audit required by law?
Kenya's energy management regulations require facilities above a set annual consumption to carry out energy audits by licensed auditors. We can help you check whether your facility is affected; confirm current requirements with EPRA.
How quickly does power factor correction pay back?
When a surcharge is being charged, payback is often fast. We calculate it from your actual bills before you commit.
Can monitoring include solar and generator data?
Yes. Grid, solar and generator supplies can be shown on one dashboard, subject to the metering installed.
Should we do efficiency upgrades before solar?
Usually, yes. Reducing waste first means a smaller, cheaper solar system can cover a larger share of your needs.
Tell us what you need to fix
Describe your site and the problem. An engineer reviews every request and replies with next steps, usually starting with a site assessment.
