SCADA and HMI systems

An HMI is the screen an operator uses at a machine. SCADA brings many machines and sites onto one supervisory view with alarms, trends and reports. We design screens that operators understand at a glance.

What the work includes

  • Operator HMI screens for machines and panels
  • Plant-wide SCADA with alarms, trends and event history
  • Production, energy and downtime reports
  • Remote viewing with secure, role-based access
  • Operator training and screen documentation

When to call us

  • Supervisors walk the plant to find out what is running
  • Alarms are missed or not recorded
  • You need production or downtime figures without manual logbooks
  • Pumping stations or remote sites need central monitoring

Common questions

Is remote access to SCADA safe?

It can be, when it is designed properly. We separate control networks from office and internet traffic and use secure, role-based access. Remote control of equipment is only enabled when you specifically require it.

Can SCADA work with our existing machines?

In most cases. We check the communication options on each controller during the site assessment.

Tell us what you need to fix

Describe your site and the problem. An engineer reviews every request and replies with next steps, usually starting with a site assessment.
