Biomass briquette press installation and commissioning
Installation of a screw-type biomass briquette press in a new factory building: positioning the machine, wiring its motor control panel and commissioning it until it produced finished briquettes.
Work carried out
- Lifting and positioning of the press and drive assembly
- Motor control panel with variable frequency drive, contactors and protection
- Power and control cabling to the machine
- Trial runs and commissioning through to finished briquette output
